Choosing in this range
Foam is for wounds that weep
Silicone foam handles exudate and cushions. For a dry, closed graze a standard adhesive dressing is enough — and cheaper.

The border releases without stripping the surrounding skin, which matters on fragile or repeatedly-dressed areas.
