These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from FitMedix, operated by Lodhata Limited. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, but errors can occur; if we discover an error we will let you know before dispatch and you may cancel. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Our products

FitMedix products are CE-marked medical devices intended for the care of minor wounds. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Always read the instructions supplied with the product, and seek professional help for deep, dirty or non-healing wounds, or if signs of infection appear.

Returns

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
