Shipping policy

We hold our own stock in the UK and dispatch from our own warehouse. Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Dispatch

In-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same or next working day. You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery — £4.99 on orders under £25.
• Free UK delivery on all orders of £25 or more.
• Express delivery — £6.99 where faster dispatch is needed.

Estimated delivery is usually 2–4 working days for standard and 1–2 working days for express, though times are not guaranteed and can vary at busy periods.

International

Delivery to the EU and selected other countries is available at checkout, with rates shown before you pay. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page or at sales@lodhatadistribution.co.uk and we will help put it right.
